Shaftesbury TT Courses

START (GR TL626027) in Blackmore Road at Power Pole 20, approximately 100 yards south west of Metsons Lane. Riders waiting to start should congregate in Metsons Lane.
Proceed south west via Chelmsford Road and Ingatestone Road, past Blackmore Pond, to Park Farm (Jessops) where bear left (WITH GREAT CARE) into Blackmore Road and left again at Wood Barns Farm / Green Street junction (M). Continue through Fryerning and Mill Green to take left turn at Viper PH into Ingatestone Road. Continue to Highwood and junction with Blackmore Road (M) where turn left (WITH GREAT CARE) and then continue to complete first circuit (8.16m). Start circuit for a second time and continue to FINISH at field entrance opposite Power Pole 10 (approx. 50 yards north of junction with Wenlocks Lane, (GR TL605011).

Note: Course marked in orange is travelled twice, course marked in green is travelled once only.

Riders should return to the HQ by following the course past Jessops crossroads to Green Street where straight on. Make sure you don't hinder any other riders who are still racing. Continue via Truloves Lane to Roman Road where turn right to return to the Village Hall.

Note:
As visibility at the Ingatestone Road / Blackmore Road junction is very restricted riders MUST NOT cross the while lines on either road. Failure to obey this rule could result in disqualification from the race.
